While firearm rentals are legal nationwide, certain states impose restrictions that prevent us from offering services there. Our checkout process will automatically check your state’s requirements. For specifics, see our Terms of Use. All rentals are conducted as FFL-to-FFL transfers in full compliance with federal and state laws.

Rental periods are customizable, with a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days. Your rental period starts when you pick up from your FFL. Membership rentals are 2-week (14-day) windows.

You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the firearm, up to its full retail value. To reduce your risk, we offer optional damage insurance at a rate of $1 per $100 of the firearm’s retail value (rounded up to the nearest dollar). Normal wear from shooting is expected.

Ammunition and any additional accessories you may need can be purchased from your local transferring dealer or preferred retailer. We ship the firearm and magazines.

Yes! We actually encourage renting more than one at the same time for easy comparison!

The NICS background check is required for any firearm purchase or rental. Your FFL will do this when you arrive for pick up as well as have you fill out Form 4473. This process typically takes about 15 minutes.
